How long is my warranty?
• 2 years from date of purchase from an authorised Reebok watch retailer. Date of purchase will need to be proven by presenting the original invoice or receipt received by an authorised retailer.
What does my warranty cover?
• Faults which may occur with the watch movement.
• Manufacturing faults.
What isn’t covered under my watch warranty?
• Damage after expiry of the warranty period (two years from the purchasing date).
• Damage resulting from wrong handling, wrong maintenance, inappropriate repair of incorrect setting.
• Accidental damage (e.g by fire, natural disasters or similar events) and excessive wear and tear, or abuse.
• General wear or damage to bracelets and straps of any material (metal, leather, rubber, silicone, nylon, etc.).
• General wear or damage to the crown and the pushers.
• Water damage.
• Damage to the watch glass.
• Battery (exchange).
Does the warranty cover batteries?
• The warranty does not cover battery changes.
Where do I send my watch for repair?
• You will need to send your watch to a distributor in your country. A list of distributors and the contact details can be found at the back of your warranty booklet. In the event you are unable to locate a distributor in your country or you purchased your watch from reebokwatches.com please complete our online contact form or email info@reebokwatches.com outlining your purchase history, product and issue.
What information do I need to send with my watch when sending for repair under warranty?
• You will need to send your watch, without the box packaging, making sure that the watch is sufficiently packaged to avoid damage in transit. Reebok watches will not be accountable for any loses or damages incurred during transit.
• You will also need to send a copy of proof of purchase which will have a purchase date shown. For example, an invoice of receipt from an authorised Reebok watch dealer.
• Also include a note clearly explaining the problem you have been experiencing. The more information you can provide the better.
Will it cost me anything to send my watch for repair?
• Reebok watches will not cover costs for mailing, and or other costs in excess of the normal repair costs covered by this warranty. Additional repair costs outside of the product warranty will be the responsibility of the watch owner and you will be notified before any work is carried out.

How do I return my watch?
• If you wish to return your watch because it is unsuitable, or you would like an exchange, you will need to take your purchase back to the store you bought it from along with your receipt. If it was an online purchase you will need to contact the online store to review the returns and exchange policy.

My watch is broken, what do I do?
• You will need to either contact the store you purchased the watch from or a distributor in your country. A list of distributors and the contact details can be found at the back of your warranty booklet.

How do I get a new battery?
• Your warranty could become invalid if you do not get your battery changed at an authorised Reebok watch retailer. Do not attempt to change the battery yourself as this will also void your warranty. Return your watch to the store you purchased the watch from and they will be able to assist with a battery change.
My watch has stopped working. What do I do?
• You will need to either contact the store you purchased the watch from or a distributor in your country. Where can I buy a Reebok watch?
• If you want your watch delivered within your EU you can shop at shop.reebokwatches.com. Alternatively, if you live outside of the EU or wish to find a store please check our store locatorto find an authorised retailer in your area.
Why aren’t all of the Reebok watch collections available on the website.
• We only display our most current collections on our website. We also limit the amount of collections and products available to purchase to offer only the most iconic and most popular Reebok watches.
How do I set my watch?
• You can download your watch manual from our manual finder here. You will need to know the model number of your watch; the model number can be found on the case back and will have a reference number such as SF.XXX.XX.XXX / PU.XXX.XX.XXX
